INDUSTRY DAY NOTICE -- INTEGRATED LOGISTICS SYSTEM SUPPLY PROGRAM OFFICE This is an Industry Day Conference/invitation/announcement that will be hosted by the Integrated Logistics System-Supply (HQ SSG/ILS-S) Program Office. This is an invitation only to participate in this conference and does not constitute either an invitation for bid or a request for proposal. The Industry Day Conference will be conducted on Thursday, 29 June 2000, Building 892 Auditorium, 490 East Moore Drive, Maxwell Air Force Base, Gunter Annex, Montgomery AL, 8:00 AM 11:00 AM (registration will take place from 7:30 to 8:00 AM). The Industry Day will consist of discussions/briefings revolving around the ILS-S Contract/Acquisition Strategy, GCSS-AF/LMC Roles and Responsibilities, and Qualification/Screening Packages. Time will be allocated for questions and answers. Participants are encouraged to provide advice for planning the acquisition, provide comments, know risks associated with work, and assessment of whether it is possible that the requirement could be satisfied commercially.
