The Commander requires all labor, supervision, management, materials, equipment, transportation, and inspection program, necessary to provide janitorial services at the Naval Air Station Oceana, Fleet Combat Training Center Atlantic Dam Neck and Camp Pendleton, Virginia Beach, Virginia and its annexes, by means of a combination Firm Fixed Price and Indefinite Quantity (FFP/IQ) type contract. The contract term is for the period of one (1) year. The Government shall have the option to extend the term of the contract services for four additional periods of 12 months. The total contract term, including the exercise of any options shall not exceed 60 months.
