Furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment and incidentals to replace two separate pipe culverts as follows: 1) replacement of a 30" diameter concrete pipe culvert with 30 linear feet of 6'x3' precast reinforced concrete box culvert including toe and wing walls and 2) replacement in kind of 50 linear feet of 36" diameter reinforced concrete pipe culvert including replacement of concrete headwalls. The work will also include incidental restoration such as road repair, placement of riprap, grading and seeding. The contract job site will be Richmond National Battlefield Park. Contract is set aside for 100% small business concerns. Performance bonds and references are required. Contract period is 60 days. Solicitation packages should be requested by July 3, 2000.
