Y -- SMITH RIVER ROAD DECOMMISSIONING SOL RFQ 00-8225 DUE 072400 POC Administrative Services, 541/750-7118 This project is to provide equipment and personnel to decommission approximately 0.93 miles of road by constructing waterbars for drainage, constructing an earth barricade to block vehicular traffic at approach to designated road, removing side-case and slide material, developing an access road across failure area, realigning road for access, removing fill and culverts at designated locations, placing waste material in designated areas, and clearing of project. The project is located on the Mapleton Ranger District, Siuslaw National Forest, Lane County, Oregon. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government furnished), and incidentals to accomplish all work necessary. The Government estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. The successful offeror shall be required to submit a Payment Bond prior to start of work. Estimated start work date is August 1, 2000.
