Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision
required to remove the existing roof systems and install new roofs on
three lighthouses in the Straits of Mackinac, MI. The lights are
located off-shore on the Lake Huron side of the Straits. Two lights
will be re-roofed with membrane roofing and one with standing metal
seam roofing. The project will include asbestos removal from the
Fourteen-Foot Shoal Light. (The other lights are Poe Reef Light and St.
Martin's Reef Light.) Note: All transportation to and from the lights
will be the contractor's responsibility. The SIC Code is 1761. The
estimated range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This
