Also included in the work is replacement of existing duct insulation, cleaning existing duct work, lighting fixture replacement, ceiling replacement, painting, electrical power for new chiller and pumps, DDC controls and stainless steel sheetmetal work. Estimated construction cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. The SIC Code is 1711.
