On 23 May an information site visit was scheduled. It was cancelled on that day due to incomplete specifications. Vendors in attendance were Mr. Willie Penn, of Penn and Sons, Ben Nalls of Steamatic, Jimmy Jeffcoat of Jeffcoat Mechanics and Charles Lewis of Lewis Construction. On 12 through 14 June 2000 a second site visit was conducted. During the site visit, it was determined that the revised specifications were also incomplete. No other solicitation will be issued until a complete specification package is available. Vendors in attendence of the second site visit were Mr. Benji Nall of Steamatic, Gary Tucker and Scott Swindall of SWR, William Counts and Michael Lacy of IPS. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused during this effort.
