Shires, Jr. Contracting Officer, 703-325-6684 The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has a requirement for a Concept of Operations to plan facility operations of a portable, self-contained, decontamination system and associated fixed decontamination facilities for chemical, biological, and radiological incidents. The solicitation number for this effort is DTRA01-00-T-0013. This effort is a firm-fixed price, unrestricted, full and open competitive procurement, issued under the simplified acquisition procedures. The Standard Industrial Code is 8731. Award shall be made on Low Price, Technical Acceptability. The procurement shall incorporate a site visit, which is encouraged, but not mandatory, to be funded by the bidder. The site visit is to be held in Salt Lake City, Utah at 10 am on 23 June 00.
