NASA/GRC intends to purchase the items from Charged Injection Corp. (CIC), Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852 using 10 U.S.C. 2304(1) Only one responsible source...will satisfy agency requirements. This award is based upon an unsolicited proposal received from CIC. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. See Note 26. See Note 22.
