The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development anticipates the need for closing agent services for sale of its single family properties located in Northeast Florida, which includes Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, Putnam, and St. Johns Counties. Sales must be closed within a stipulated time-frame and prompt and accurate payment of all closing charges made. Complete closing packages must be submitted to HUD within 3 working days after closing. The contract will be for a one-year base period, with four (4) option years. Proposals will be rated on technical merit.
