The 162nd Fighter Wing, Arizona Air National Guard requires establishment of a Firm-Fixed Price Construction contract to Repair Roofs Engine Shop and Aviation Building at Tucson International Airport, 1500 East Valencia Road, Tucson, Arizona 85706-6020. There is one additive bid, Option I: Repair Roof Munitions Facility (Bldg 41). Work consists of complete removal of existing roof systems and installation of new built-up roofing systems. Roofing operations may require the disconnection, removal, reinstallation and reconnection of mechanical equipment and piping. The project is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. Time of completion for this project is 60 days following notice to proceed. Bid Opening date is 31 AUG2000 at 02:00 pm.
