The contractor is to provide concrete foundations and pads for the E-28 arresting gear system at both shoulders of the runways 14-32 at the Jacksonville Naval Station, Jacksonville, Florida. Also, install the government furnished templates and arresting gear system. Provide and install arresting gear market boards. Replace existing elevated runway edge lights with semi-flush deck runway edge lights. (3 lights each shoulder for a total of 6 lights). The estimated release date of the solicitation is on or about 07/05/00. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(7), availablility of the solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium.
