anticipated solicitation package issue date is July 14, 2000. The
estimated cost range of the project is between $250,000.00 and
$300,000.00. Contractor shall complete work within 180 calendar days
after receipt of notice to proceed. Requests for solicitation package
will be accepted in writing only. Telephone and/or fax request will not
be accepted. IFB will be issued to prime contractors only, and will be
distributed until supplies are exhausted. Packages can be requested at
