Department of Interior, is soliciting proposals for construction firms
having the capability to perform the work described below. A
negotiated firm-fixed price contract will be awarded requiring
submission of both a technical and a price proposal. The work of this
contract consists of the exterior restoration and interior
rehabilitation of the Mumma (farm) House to convert from residential
use to educational use; the rehabilitation of the Mumma Barn to permit
its continued use for agricultural purposes; site and utility
improvements associated with the Mumma and Roulette Farmsteads; and the
exterior restoration of the Otto House and associated site work. -- All
requests for project documents must be made in writing. -- Estimated
price range, $2,000,000.00 to $2,750,000.00. -- Time for completion,
485 calendar days. Proposal receipt date is approximate; actual date
will be established at the time bidding documents are available. -- All
responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
