Economic price adjustments will be allowed in conjunction with the contractors commercial practices. Multiple Awards. Small business size standard of 750 applies. Issue date is July 3, 2000. This solicitation has been "refreshed" and is issued on an open -- and-continuous basis and will not contain a closing date for receipt of offers. Note to current offerors: Current offers that will be expiring, Contracting Officers will be mailing out offers, these offers will be staggered in order for the Contracting Officer to allow proper time to evaluate. New offers may be submitted at any time. The Federal Supply Schedule will no longer have a prescribedbeginning and ending date. The FSS performance period will be continuous. There will be variable performance periods for individual contracts. Performance will commence on the date of award (DOA) and expire five years from that date, unless cancelled, terminated, or extended pursuant to any option provisions included in the contract. All contracts under this Multiple Award Schedule solicitation will include an option to extend the term of the contract. The option clause may be exercised more than once, but the total extension of the contract period shall not exceed five years. All contracts will include the Industrial Funding Fee requirement.
