The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, has a requirement for; nineteen (19) each Interphase FDDI VME Module part number V/FDDI-5211-DAS-ST-1M-7.3, five (5) each Interphase V/FDDI 5211 FDDI Tornado II Drvr for MVME2700 part number VxSensDrv V2.3, five (5) each Interphase V/FDDI 5211 FDDI Tornado II Drvr for MVME 167 part number VXDRV3.0. This is a sole source requirement for specific manufacture and model equipment from Interphase. The equipment is required to duplicate existing systems so only the stated make and model will meet the Navy's needs. All items shall be new. This requirement is restricted to Interphase and its authorized resellers. These items will be acquired on a limited source basis utilizing Simplified Acquisition procedures. The Government will not issue a written request for quotation because all items are identified in this Commerce Business Daily notice. Quotes are requested within 5 days of the publication of this notice. Award is anticipated on or before 10 July 2000. Delivery is required not later than 30 days ARO.
