This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written request will not be issued. The solicitation number is F29650-00-QV024, and is issued as a request for quotation, and shall be awarded in the aggregate. Based on responses to a Notice of Intent Synopsis published in the CBD on 18 Feb 00, 377th LG/LGCM, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to Information Handling Services, Inc. for an IEL nine (9) site custom subscription for IEEE/IEL Electronic Library access through the Los Alamos National Library (LANL) database infrastructure. Electronic subscriptions shall include, but are not limited to, IEEE Journals, conference proceedings, standards and letters back to 1988. These services shall be provided to the Air Force Research Laboratory, as a member of the Alliance of Scientific and Technical Libraries, for the period 30 Jun 00 through 30 Jun 01 (basic year) and two one-year option periods. The offer shall submit his response to this Request of Quotation IAW FAR 52.212-1. Offers are to include Cage Code information, completed Representations and Certifications IAW FAR clause 52.212-3 and any applicable License agreement.
