The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is soliciting proposals for innovative research for the National Historic Covered Bridge Research Program. Multiple awards are anticipted as a result of a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) anticipated for release on June 20, 2000. Awards made under this BAA will be for cost sharing type contracts with the Government providing a maximum cost share of 80% and the awardee required to contribute a minimum 20% cost share. The Broad Agency Announcement to be posted on the EPS will be the only solicitation document issued for this requirement. It is the responsiblity of potential offerors to check the Electronic Posting System for any amendments that may be issued.
