The Air Force intends to award a multiple award task order indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract under the 8(a) program (IAW FAR 19.8) for cost effective IT support. The contract will support both time and materials tasks and fixed-priced tasks. The contract duration will be five years. Support shall be provided for host and tenant organizations at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) including associated remote sites. Minimum services shall consist of the following: Systems engineering, long range IT strategic planning, database design, data administration, software customization, video teleconferencing operation support, imaging and electronic document management systems support, support for Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) and Government- unique software, communications and network operations support, user support and problem resolution, product support training, test and evaluation support, hardware/software installation, configuration and inventory management, software and hardware trouble- shooting and analysis, information assurance compliance, desktop services, and Web development and administration.
