This sources sought announcement is issued for the purpose of identifying sources for providing installation, integration, implementation and life cycle support of Navy Orderwire (NOW), Low Level Red/Black side (MCPP), IT-21, LANS, WANS, EHF (LDR, MDR, NECC/TIP), NKMS, EMS, DMR, SHF (WSC-6 & 8), LF-MF-HF, Link, COMSEC, NACMACS II/SMS, DWTS, UHF 5Khz, UHF SATCOM, INMARSAT B HSD, SINCGARS, HFRG, and various other C4I systems with end-to-end systems integration seamlessly. Seamless is defined as having qualities similar to Internet connections via T1 line or standard PC modem, no matter what the means of connectivity. This procurement will require the necessary expertise to conduct Systems Operational Verification Testing (SOVT), and to provide technical support services for Ship Installation Drawing (SID) review, integration and evaluation of C4I related interface systems, subsystems and equipment, and associated programs and projects with respect to an overall systems integration effort. This announcement is only an expression of interest. Future requirements and procurements are uncertain.
