Coast Guard, Maintenance and Logistics Command Atlantic is procuring a non personal services contract with an individual or firm capable of providing all aspects of Orthopedic Services at the U. S. Coast Guard Air Station, Cape Cod, MA. This requirement is for a part-time basis, three hours every other week during the calendar year. The hours shall normally be 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM on every other Thursday, exclusive of Federal holidays. The contract period is 1 September 2000 through 31 August 2000. The Orthopedist must provide evidence that active orthopedic surgery has been practiced during 3 of the last 5 years immediately preceding performance under this contract. The Statement of Work delineating specific services required will be provided in the Request For Quotation (RFQ). This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The SIC Code for this acquisition is 8099, with a size standard of $5 Million or less in average annual receipts for all business within the last three (3)fiscal years.
