23 -- MOVING BUNKHOUSE 23 -- Provide and deliver (F.O.B. Destination) four (4) custom made moving bunkhouses. These bunkhouses shall be constructed with exterior floor dimensions of approx. 8'x21', approx 25' overall length, tandem 5000 pound rubber cushioned axles, extra heavy duty tires, one-piece domed rubber roof, 2"x2" walls, aluminum tread plate rock shield, rodent proof metal fabric in flooring, all windows double-paned with slide openings, oversized 30"x72" main entry door, one trailer shall be ADA (American Disability Act) compliant, plastic plumbing and fixtures, rear bumper with angled skid plates for flat surface stabilizing/leveling jack when parked, complete with accomodations for cooking, storage, and sleeping. The heating/cooling shall be a radiant furnace, vents, air-conditioned and optional 12-volt blower kit for fan assist. No toilet shall be included, however, a shower and sink for bathing shall be provided. The "bunkhouse" shall meet all safety and standards codes for travel trailers and temporary personnel housing. Because of the remote locations, and several weeks at one site, lack of electricity, rough terrain and often inclement and/or sub-zero weather, several technical and safety aspects must be incorporated into the design.
