Supporting facilities include utilities, electric service, exterior and security lighting, fire protection and alarm systems, paving, walks, curbs and gutters, parking, pump station with controls, storm water detention structure, security fencing and gates. Estimated cost range of this project is $10,000,000 to $25,000,000. Plans and specifications will be available on or about July 07, 2000, and will be provided on Compact Disks (CD-ROMS). IT HAS BEEN DETERMINED THAT THE NUMBER OF CD-ROMS WILL BE LIMITED TO ONE (1) PER FIRM. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a printed hard copy format.
