Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision
required to correct the condensation problem at the USCG Station Fort
Macon, Atlantic Beach, NC. Basic Work Items include, but are not
limited to, the following: Remove second floor suspended acoustical
ceiling tiles and suspension system; Remove fiberglass batt insulation
above second floor suspended ceiling; Install new spray polyurethane
foam insulation above second floor suspended ceiling; Apply new
spray-applied fireproofing material to cover new polyurethane foam
insulation; Install additional duct insulation on metal ductwork above
second floor suspended ceiling; Install new second floor suspended
acoustical ceiling tiles and suspension system; Remove gable end louver
vents and install new storm resistant type louvers. The Standard
Industrial Classification (SIC) code assigned to this project is 1742.
Estimated range of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
Performance Period is 105 days after Notice to Proceed (NTP). All
