The contract guaranteed minimum is $5,000.00. The SIC Code is 1761 with a size standard of $7 Million. This solicitation is open to all business concerns. This acquisition will be competed under the Small Business Demonstration Program by Source Selection. The contract resulting from this solicitation will be awarded to that responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is determined to be the most advantageous to the Government considering price and technical evaluation factors. The combined technical factors of past performance and experience are approximately equal to price.
