Contractor shall provide all material, labor, equipment, supervision and quality control necessary to repair all damage of floors. 2. Remove all splits, cracks and bubbles in existing floors. 3. Pour urethane in repaired areas to existing level of floor. 4. Remove & install all base molding upon completion. 5. Apply polyurethane elastomer poured in place surfacing. 6. Complete project according to supplied specifications. 7. It is the Government's intention to issue this solicitation exclusively through the internet at http://esol.navfac.navy.mil.
