The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision for routine maintenance, repairs, emergency calls and related work for air conditioning units and evaluation of direct digital control (DDC) systems. This is not in support of "New Construction or Major Renovation Work." The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1711, Plumbing, Heating, (Except Electrical), Air Conditioning. The size standard is $7.0 million. Estimated performance is one year. The estimated release date is June 26, 2000 and estimated due date for quotations is July 25, 2000, 2:00 P.M. Indiana Local Time.
