Services include: supplying seven coffee dispensing systems utilizing a self contained, boxed frozen, concentrated coffee which when dispensed will be mixed with hot water to produce a 8 oz cup of medium strength coffee. Coffee types should be caffeinated and non-caffeinated, with deliveries to be once per month. Maintenance of the equipment is also required, with quarterly preventive maintenance checks. Requirements include: at least one year of prior coffee equipment maintenance and supply experience. This solicitation is unrestricted. The contract period of performance will be twelve months from the date of award. The anticipated award date is October 1, 2000. The anticipated issue date of this solicitation is July 25, 2000; closing August 24, 2000. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered for an award.
