The successful contractor will deliver these products to the institution twice weekly. The products are to include: sliced white, wheat, rye, and thick styles breads, hamburger, hotdog, english muffin, hoagie, dinner style rolls, Fench style bread, and kosher white and wheat loafs. All products are to be produced in "all vegetable shortening." This solicitation is unrestricted. The contract period will be for twelve months from the date of an award. The anticipated date of an award is October 1, 2000. The anticipated release date of this solicitation is July 20, 2000; closing August 22, 2000. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered for an award.
