The Oregon Army National Guard is in need of a catering service to feed 30 personnel 2-3 meals per day, per week Monday thru Friday, beginning 10 July through 6 October, 2000. Meals will be delivered to the Regional Training Institute in Monmouth Oregon at the following times: Breakfast 6:45 to 7:45, Lunch 11:45 to 12:45, Dinner 4:45 5:45. There will be no preparation facilities available for the contractor to use and all meals will be served in the dining facility. The contractor must be willing to adjust headcount with a 24 hour notice. There will be no breakfast meals served on Monday and no dinner meals served on Friday of each week. The contractor will be required to provide disposable plates, silverware, cups and condiments. The meals will contain the following: Breakfast Meat entr e, potato, egg, bread, juice, coffee and milk. Lunch Meat entr e, salad, cooked vegetable, bread, dessert, ice tea, coffee & milk. Dinner Same as lunch. Contractors will be responsible to submit and 5 day menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Contractor must be registered on the Central Contractor Registration or have the ability to register on the Central Contractor Registration at www.ccr2000.com. Award is set aside for small business. First area of consideration will be contractors within a 100 miles radius of Monmouth Oregon. Proposal MUST include the sample 5 day menu, price per meal and any other cost associated with the event.
