Laboratory has a requirement for electronic warfare analysis in the
following task areas: temporal and density studies of missiles and
target vessels; surface vessels interaction during conflict; electronic
warfare analysis; and program management support. The government
anticipates award of a cost plus fixed fee term form contract and award
by April 30, 2001. The anticipated period of performance is a basic
award of twelve months with four 12-month option periods. The
anticipated level of effort is 42,240 hours for the entire effort. This
is a follow on to NRL Contract N00014-96-C-2036 that was awarded to ITT
Systems Inc., formally Kaman Sciences Corporation. All responsible
sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the NRL. A
detailed solicitation and statement of work will be posted on NRL's
website: http://heron.nrl.navy.mil/contracts/rfplist.htm. NRL uses
Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue RFPs and amendments to RFPs. This
