A/E must have sufficient background in NFPA 101 safety and JCAHO hospital operations to apply valid design options to known and planned situations. A/E must have working knowledge of ARCHIBUS facility management software, Autocad 2000, Microsoft Project, etc. in order to interface with existing VAMC Engineering Systems. AE must have sufficient background in the design of scheduling & coordination services to provide valid options for consideration.
