This is a Sources Sought Market Survey Synopsis for vendors to provide nonpersonal services for operations, maintenance and recurring support services of the Base Telecommunications System (BTS) for Cannon AFB, NM. The proposed contract is for a base period and four option periods totaling approximately 60 months. The services would include providing all personnel, equipment, parts, material, tools, operation and maintenance documentation and any other items and services necessary to perform operations and maintenance of the Base Telecommunications System (BTS), Cannon AFB, NM. Perform operations and maintenance on switching systems, transmission equipment, ancillary equipment, auxiliary equipment, customer premise equipment, and the inside and outside cable plant. Switching equipment consist of a NTI MSL-100 switching system located in the Dial Central Office, Bldg. 10, D4 Channel banks, ancillary equipment, outside and inside plant located at the Melrose Bombing Range, and a NEAC 2400 equipped with approximately 10 incoming and outgoing lines from MSL-100 to Billeting PBX.
