Upgrade all existing Veeder Root (TLS 350/350R) consoles systems with version 19 or the latest software for above and underground fuel and oil storage tanks at McConnell AFB. Contractor must be licensed in the state of Kansas, and certified to work on regulated and unregulated storage tank systems. The contractor shall be a licensed distributor/installer of Veeder Root products and software. Various tanks will require upgrading of discriminating piping sumps and discriminating pan sensors, as well as probe kits. All added components must be Veeder Root products and software to keep system integrity in check. This acquisition is reserved for small business set a-side, and will be awarded on procedures as set forth in FAR Part 12 -- Acquisition of Commercial Items, Past Performance, and the overall best value for the government.
