The Naval Air Systems Command is seeking interested qualified sources capable of supplying all services and facilities necessary to perform Depot Level Maintenance on H-3 Main Rotor Blades. This level of maintenance entails repair and/or over/haul, testing inspecting, sampling and reclamation. The offeror may also be required to provide technical assistance. Offeror must be ISO 9000 compliant and FAA certified. Facilities must be able to accommodate ten (10) main rotor blades at a time. Contractor will be required to obtain all direct material through the Navy supply system and if not available, be capable of commercially procuring them from authorized vendors.
