The Naval Air Systems Command is seeking interested qualified sources capable of supplying all services and facilities necessary to perform Depot Level Maintenance on H-3 Dynamic Components in the Westland Commando variants and Agusta H-3 Helicopters. This level of maintenance entails overhauling or rebuilding rebuilding of parts, assemblies, subassemblies, and end modifications, testing inspecting, sampling and reclamation. Offeror must be ISO 9000 compliant and FAA certified. Facilities must be able to accommodate one (1) engine of each type/model/series at a time for a total of six (3) engines in the repair cycle. Contractor will be required to obtain all direct material through the Navy supply system and if not available, be capable of commercially procuring them from authorized vendors.
