The Naval Air Systems Command is seeking interested qualified sources capable of supplying all services and facilities necessary to perform Depot Level Maintenance on Rolls Royce Gnome MK 3010, 3011, 3020 and 3021 engines. This level of maintenance entails repair and/or overhaul or rebuilding of parts, assemblies, subassemblies, and end modifications, testing inspecting, sampling and reclamation. Offeror must be ISO 9000 compliant and FAA certified. In addition, the contractor may be required to provide technical and spare parts support. Facilities must be able to accommodate two (2) engines of each type/model/series at a time for a total of six (6) engines in the repair cycle. Contractor will be required to obtain all direct material through the Navy supply system and if not available, be capable of commercially procuring them from authorized vendors.
