Contractor shall furnish all necessary plant, labor, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to demolish the AAFS Service Station Building 200 (approximately 3,380 square feet). The contractor shall employ applicable industry standards and methods for removal of existing building structure as shown on drawings, all built in construction materials and equipment attached to or part of such construction and subsequent disposal of such removal materials and equipment as noted in the project or otherwise specified shall be removed. The performance period is 45 calendar days. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This action is issued as restricted for HUBZone set-aside as per FAR 19.1305 (b). All contraactors MUST be registered in the Central Contracotrs Regitration Database or their proposal will not be considered.
