The contractor shall employ applicable industry standards and methods for removal of existing building structure as shown on drawings, all built-in construction materials and equipment attached to or part of such construction and subsequent disposal of such removal materials and equipment as noted on the project or otherwise specified to be removed. The performance period is 45 calendar days. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This action is being issued as restricted for HUBZone set-aside as per FAR 19.1305 (b).
