Q -- TEMPORARY SERVICES OF LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES AND CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANTS SOL 516-080-00 DUE 072400 POC Constance Springs, Contracting Officer, 727-398-9375 Provide temporary Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) servides for and at the VA Medical Center, Bay Pines, Florida to meet specific medical needs of the veterans. Contractor staff will be used to cover for vacancies during the recruitment process of permanent staff, or to fill gaps resulting from sick leave or vacation leave that VA is unable to cover with current staff. We currently have a need for one full time LPN from 12M to 8AM, two CNA from 7:30AM to 4:00pm, one CNA from 3:30PM to 12M and one CNA from 12M to 8:00AM for coverage seven days a week. Evaluation criteria are described in the solicitation. This enhanced sharing agreement under U.S.C. 8153 is solicited as a commercial item and will be conducted in accordance with the FAR Part 13.5 test program with the procurement conducted using FAR 12 and 15 in accordance with IL 90-99-4. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 7361 and the business size standard is $5 Million. Solicitation will be issue on/orabout July 3, 2000 with the offer due on/or about July 24, 2000.
