Request for Pre-Proposals: Federal Subsistence Fisheries Resource Monitoring Program -- 2001 The Federal Office of Subsistence Management (OSM) invites submission of Pre-proposals for fisheries investigations to gather, analyze, and report information needed for subsistence fisheries management on federal conservation units in Alaska. Pre-proposals should focus on gathering information on fish stock status and trends, subsistence fishery harvest, or Traditional Ecological Knowledge. Deadline for submission is September 15, 2000, 5:00 PM Alaska Standard Time.
