Leonard Wood, Missouri. Scope of work follows: BASE BID: Supply all materials & construct a 6,250 square feet pre-engineered metal building. The work includes foundation design, foundation, underground storm drainage, building erection, fire-rated interior wall, concrete apron, pipe bollards, and subgrade utilities. OPTION A: Furnish and install approximately 185 L.F.-1" PVC waterline extension from building to existing 8" water main. Contractor shall provide all materials for installation and tapping of existing water main to include valves and valve boxes. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. This requirement is a 100% small business Set-Aside under SIC code 1541 (FAR 19.1007(b). The small business size standard including affiliates, is no more than $17 million average revenue for the previous three years. The performance period is 150 calendar days after Notice To Proceed.
