USAID seeks the services of a U.S. firm or organization for the construction of a water supply system which includes well drilling, water distribution system, and the construction of related facilities. This action was originally publicized in the CBD dated 4/18/2000. Correction No. (1) postponed the IFB issue date to o/about May 25, 2000. Correction No. (2) changed the date of the pre-bid conference and site visits to start on/about June 19, 2000. This correction No. (3) Changes the date of the pre-bid conference and site visits to start on June 26, 2000. This solicitation is not available for downloading from the Agency web because of the nature of the bid documents. Prospective bidders may choose to purchase one of the following sets: SET A; IFB Documents including one full size set of drawings and one reduced set of drawings, or SET B; IFB Documents including one reduced set of drawings. A certified check in the amount of $1,000 for SET A, or $200 for SET B, must be made in the name of "US Embassy — Tel Aviv" and received with the request for the IFB documents. Address the requests for the IFB document to : The Contracting Officer, American Embassy/Tel Aviv,Unit # 7228, APO AE 09830, if sent from the USA, or, The Contracting Officer, USAID West Bank & Gaza, 71 Hayarkon Street, Tel Aviv Israel, Tel No. 972-3-511-4848, if sent from the locality or any other international address. USAID will send the documents, via courier service, to the address designated in the letter requesting the IFB. Purchase of the IFB (SET A), and attending the Pre-Bid meeting, including site visits, is required for those intending to submit a bid.
