Description of Work: This project consists of the renovation of two barracks buildings at Hunter AAF, GA. Building 1325 is a single story brick construction with a shingle roof system building, and building 1326 is a two story brick construction with a shingle roof building. Both buildings will be re-roofed with a shingled system as the base bid and a metal roof system as an option. Interior renovations include demolition, architectural renovation and upgrades to the electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire alarm system to the sleeping rooms, day rooms, corridors, laundry rooms, and administrative space. Exterior work includes landscaping, lighting, site improvement and brick cleaning/pressure washing. Estimated cost range of project is from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.
