The work includes: (a) Repair concrete spalls on the underside of concrete ramps and platform; (b) Seal all cracks on top of concrete ramp and platform with a methacrylate deck sealer; (c) Remove/replace deteriorated portions of timber pile "4A" on the platform with a concrete encasement; (d) Replace cross bracing on platform; (e) Replace timber curb on all structures; (f) Replace decking on timber pier; (g) Replace cross-bracing on the timber pier; (h) Shim stringers on the timber pier for adequate bearing; (I) Fabricate and install new hose bibb stanchions; (j) Fabricate and install new electrical shore-tie stanchion; (k) Fabricate and install a new life preserver stanchion; and (l) Fabricate and install new fork lift tongue support.
