Description of Work: Project includes construction efforts required during the course of operations and maintenance of dredge material placement areas located at the Military Ocean Terminal, Sunny Point, North Carolina. This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantitycontract and work will be ordered on an as-needed basis. The contract will have a base year and one option year. Work includes ditching of the interior of diked areas through saturated materials, tree removal from dikes, mowing of tops and steep-sided diked areas, and construction of water control structures (weirs). Work also includes repair of stormwater run-off structures including repairs and placement of culverts, ditches, headwall; associated repairs to both paved and dirt roads; embankment repairs and erosion control measure including grassing. Estimated cost range of project is from $100,000 to $500,000. Network Analysis System will not be required.
