The scope of this project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, appliances, devices and materials and perform all necessary operations to retrofit a new standing seam metal roof over an existing roof. Project also includes significant structural work, new fascia, gutter, downspouts and associated vents. Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. Mr. Stephen J.
