The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Purchase Order to furnish all labor and material necessary to replace and remove existing hydraulic lift elevator with Essex Model MLH50-766-121s-2 OR equivalent. The Hydraulic Lift Elevator shall be equivalent to the attached specifications. The magnitude of construction for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. A payment bond and an irrevocable letter of credit (ILC) are required upon submittal of quotes. All interested small businesses quoting on this RFQ shall provide make, model, specification literature, delivery date, and pricing, along with past performance references to include point of contact (POC) with phone numbers for each, commercial price lists and Government discounts offered. If equivalent hydraulic lift is offered the contractor must demonstrate how equivalent is applicable. Award will be made based on price and other factors; i.e. past performance and best value.
