Furnish all necessary labor, equipment, materials and supervision for the general construction of a boat launch ramp, excavation for ramp and ramp channel, slope modification, manufacture and installation of boat launching float docks, selective demolition, enlargement and realignment of a parking lot, construction of an automatic irrigation system, landscape planting, lighting, and associated site work, at Whiskeytown National Recreation Area, Shasta County, California. Estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Project completion time is ninety calendar days. Whiskeytown Lake will be drawn down from October 15, 2000 to November 15, 2000 to accomodate launch ramp construction and excavation. No time extensions will be allowed for this portion of the work. A limited number of solicitation packages will become available approximately June 29th, 2000 on a first-come, first-served basis, until supply is exhausted. Contractors will have a 30 day response time for submission of bids. There willbe no charge for the solicitation package, however, only one copy will be furnished to each requesting party.
