The contractor shall participate in the design, analysis, and subsequent qualification of the new 20.0 SAR configuration. Specific tasking includes: 1. participating in the design phase processes leading to a modified universal equipment rack and modified P-3 floor structure intended to meet the new 20.0-G Loading requirement, applicable to the QUAD Band SAR equipment rack configuration, 2. providing structural analysis report for the modified equipment rack, 3. providing a structural analysis report for the P-3 floor effected by this installation, 4. participating in coordinating designs and related structural issues with the appropriate NAVAIR Flight Certification Personnel This notice is intended as a sole source item to Ampac, Inc., Norristown, PA ONLY.
